HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simply record 2 throws (1 from behind and 1 from the side view) and submit it to a coach on the Formero app. Your chosen coach will use the Formero coaching tools to record a voice over on your videos where they highlight areas of your throw that could use some work. You take this feedback and practice it so that you can throw farther and more accurately.
